• Integration: Connection with Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, and court systems

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Professional Use

• Ensure all time entries are accurate and comply with ethical rules
• Review and verify AI-generated narratives before submission
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards

4. Data and Privacy

Your data remains yours. We commit to:

• Never sell or share your client data
• Maintain attorney-client privilege protections
• Delete your data upon account termination
• Provide data export capabilities at any time

5. Fees and Payment

6. Intellectual Property

Serva Tempus and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Serva Tempus and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your time entries, documents, or other content.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVA TEMPUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure, unless legally required to retain it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
